But this is one… A healthy, gluten free, dairy free option with a ton of protein.
Gluten free and Dairy Free Blueberry Muffins!
Ingredients I used:
2 scoops Plant based Blueberry Muffin Isalean protein powder
1 cup GF flour
2/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup blueberries
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 10 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean!
